Spray Tan Service Policies

1. If you choose to cancel your appointment your cancellation must be called/texted in or done online through your confirmation email or text message. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE OVER 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

2. Bookings canceled after 24 hours will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

3. No shows will be charged 100% of their service fee.
4. Your technician will wait 10 minutes at your booking location afterwards you will be considered a no show

5. Your technician reserves the right to refuse service on the grounds that the feel unsafe, the area is unsanitary to work in, or the client is behaving inappropriately.

6. In the event that service is refused you will not be charged any further fees.

7. You will not be charged for changing your appointment date. 
8. Clients are responsible for providing an electrical outlet and internet connection for the duration of the service

9. Pets and small children must be out of the room or in an enclosed area (playpen, crib etc.) for the duration of the service

10. All services are final sale there are NO REFUNDS. It is the responsibility of the client to follow all aftercare instructions and Coco Glow is not responsible for the outcome of not following the correct preparation or aftercare instructions.

11. During the service women can tan nude but men must wear underwear. 

A travel fee of $15 may apply for services up to 10km outside our service area.
